Accessibility Statement

Life After Change's commitment to an accessible website for everyone, the standards we aim to meet and how to report a barrier.

Our commitment

Life After Change is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Accessibility is part of our safeguarding duty: people seeking support after behaviour-change programmes should be able to find information regardless of how they use the web.

What we do

The site is designed with accessibility in mind.

  • High-contrast colour combinations for text and controls
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard navigation
  • Keyboard-navigable forms, menus and interactive controls
  • Responsive layouts that work on mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences
  • Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
  • Semantic heading structure to support screen readers

Known limitations

Some third-party content or future interactive features may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. If you encounter a specific barrier, please tell us so we can prioritise fixing it.
