What funding would be used for
Life After Change is at an early stage. If funding becomes available in future, it is intended to support the infrastructure that makes safe peer support possible — moderation of the community, secure systems, and clearly written, evidence-informed resources.
- Moderated peer support
- Educational resources
- Safeguarding systems
- Evaluation of what helps
- Outreach to underserved communities
- Keeping support free at the point of use
Other ways to support this work
Money is not the only way to help. Sharing the site with people who might need it, signposting professionals to it, or offering constructive feedback on the resources all make a difference at this stage.
Online donations

Why sustained support matters
Behaviour-change programmes do meaningful work, but they are time-limited. When they end, people are often left to maintain change on their own — at exactly the point where day-to-day pressure, family-court proceedings and old patterns are most likely to test it.
The intention is to stay with people through that longer, harder phase: moderation of the community, secure systems, clearly written resources and outreach to people who would otherwise have nowhere to turn. Keeping support free at the point of use means no one is priced out of staying accountable.
Life After Change is an independent UK initiative. It is not currently a registered charity and cannot claim Gift Aid. If that status changes in future it will be published here and verifiable on the Charity Commission register.
